If ordering 10 or more cases of tile, please order by phone (1-417-206-0533) to ensure an accurate shipping price. Orders of 10 or more cases may require shipping on a pallet.
All orders will ship within 3 - 5 business days depending on stock availability. You should receive an email giving shipment status upon order. If you do not receive an email, please call to confirm your shipment status. As a guide to shipping costs, the chart below shows approximate costs from Joplin, MO to various destinations across the country. Prices are based on the average weight per case of tile (weights range from 16 lbs - 50 lbs per case).

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service unless requested otherwise. It is important to us that your order is received complete and undamaged. To accomplish this, all orders are double boxed, with foam corners for added protection. There is a nominal packaging fee of $4.00 per case to cover additional packaging costs. We palletize large orders, securing single-boxed cases with stretch wrap and banding to the pallets. An additional palletizing fee of $7.50 per pallet will be added for this service.
Should you wish to estimate shipping charges to your location, the following may be helpful:
Log on to www.ups.com. Add two pounds to the case weight listed on this site to allow for double boxing. Enter the ship from zip code as 64801; enter your zip code for the ship to zip code. It is important that you indicate if the address is a business or residence address. The charges will be different, and the delivery schedule will also vary. You may choose ground or express service. Please note that this will give you an estimated shipping cost (be sure to add the special packaging fee for each case of tile. We do not add special packaging clock faces and movements), but the actual shipping charges may vary slightly.
All sales are final. Refunds for product damaged during shipping will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Bison Coating & Supply at 1-417-206-0533, or Bison Coating and Supply, 1520 West "B" Street, Joplin, MO 64801. Should tiles be damaged during shipping, please contact Bison Coating and Supply immediately. Retain the damaged packaging, and submit digital pictures to us at email@example.com. This will facilitate filing a claim with our shipper if necessary. Bison Coating and Supply hand-inspects all tile prior to shipping to ensure that only top quality product is shipped. Should you experience problems with your tile, you may return the tiles to Bison Coating and Supply for evaluation. Please contact us by phone or e-mail prior to returning the tiles. You should return both printed and unprinted tile, where applicable. The tile must be securely packaged and protected by the plastic bags in which they were received, so as to insure that they arrive in good condition.
