Should tiles be damaged during shipping, please contact Bison Coating and Supply immediately. Retain the damaged packaging, and submit digital pictures to us at email@example.com. This will facilitate filing a claim with our shipper if necessary. Bison Coating and Supply hand-inspects all tile prior to shipping to ensure that only top quality product is shipped. Should you experience problems with your tile, you may return the tiles to Bison Coating and Supply for evaluation. Please contact us by phone or e-mail prior to returning the tiles. You should return both printed and unprinted tile, where applicable. The tile must be securely packaged and protected by the plastic bags in which they were received, so as to insure that they arrive in good condition.
